Heritage Oak Park Telephone Directory
The Heritage Oak Park Communications
Committee will be preparing a new Heritage Oak Park Telephone
Directory for residents in the Park. This will be a stand-alone
project, and we are starting from scratch. |

In order to be listed in the new
directory YOU MUST RETURN your information BY JULY 31,
2010. You can pick
up a copy of the form at the Lodge or download it from the website.

Information
can be returned by dropping the form off at the Lodge; mailing it to
Telephone Directory, c/o Gayle Fasiska, 1148 Green Oak Trail, Port
Charlotte, FL 33948; calling the HOP Main Number (941-235-3566) and
choosing Option 7; emailing the information to
hoptelephonedirectory@yahoo.com;
or, dropping it off at 1148 Green Oak Trail. |
